Rose Gray Admin Solutions was created from a simple idea: you shouldn’t have to do everything by yourself.

After years of working in administration, compliance, data and operations. I wanted to take everything I’d learned and build something of my own - something that could genuinely make life easier for business owners.

Then I lost my dad.

His passing made me stop and think about what I really wanted from life. He always encouraged me in life and I realised there’s no point waiting for ‘the right time’ as there never is.

So I decided to start.

A little about me

Meet Nathan

I’m an experienced administrator with a background in operations, compliance, data, training and team management.

Over the years, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping businesses stay organised, keeping data accurate, supporting teams and making sure the important things actually get done.

I’ve always enjoyed the part of a business that happens behind the scenes — creating order from chaos, finding better ways of doing things and taking those jobs off someone else’s plate.

That’s what inspired me to create Rose Gray Admin Solutions.

I wanted to build something where I could use my experience to give business owners the support I know they need — without the commitment of employing another member of staff.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next adventure, exploring somewhere new, drinking far too much coffee or spending time with my husband Jamie and our four-legged assistant, Bruno. 🐾

Travel has always been a huge part of my life, and I love discovering new places, trying new experiences and having something to look forward to.

For me, Rose Gray isn’t just about building a business — it’s about creating a life that gives me the freedom to enjoy the things and people that matter most.
